Lisle Illinois

The New Prairie Walk

Today after my client's home inspection I decided to take a drive to Lisle.  For the past few weeks, I could not find my camera.  I suppose in my business your camera can be as important as your cell phone or computer.  While waiting for my client I realized my camera was sitting in my briefcase!
I knew the afternoon was for some pictures.  It has been a while since I was able to take some.

I chose LISLE because it is a super little town that is really growing to be a beautiful sought-after location in DuPage County but don't forget Lisle is a Village!  It was named after LISLE NEW YORK

What I found really surprised me.  The number of people out here and the serenity you feel whether you walk, sit on a bench, or watch the kids play at the water center was very peaceful.  The day was a bit gloomy, but I'm uploaded my pictures on Flickr all the same.

This has been a tremendous addition to the community as well as the newly renovated downtown.

The lowest priced home in Lisle on the MLS is $79,000 and the most expensive is $1,450,000.  It is very centrally located and is just a few minutes east of Naperville.

You can view all of my photos of this new Prairie Walk on my flickr account.

By Jacqueline Beardsley From Offer To Close Buying a home is exciting and the time it takes from offer to close will vary depending on the situation as they are all different.  Here is what typically happens from the time of offer until close. An offer is accepted and once all of the parties have agreed to the price and terms and have signed and dated the contract it now has become a fully executed contract.
