NICHOLS LIBRARY

This morning I was on the road at 7:30 a.m. and as always had my camera with me.  I decided to take some photo's of Nichols Library.  This photo was taken on the opposite side of the riverwalk from the library.  You can view all of the photo's and others on my flickr account.

Nichols Library is located at 200 W Jefferson Street.  It is consistently ranked #1 for best public library in the U.S. for towns with a population of 100,000 - 249,000.  If you are a 'library person' as I am you will be pleased with the selection here.  Inside the lobby they have an amazing replica of the original library that was on Washington Street.

By Jacqueline Beardsley From Offer To Close Buying a home is exciting and the time it takes from offer to close will vary depending on the situation as they are all different.  Here is what typically happens from the time of offer until close. An offer is accepted and once all of the parties have agreed to the price and terms and have signed and dated the contract it now has become a fully executed contract.
