Pfeiffer Hall, 2022 Season

If you haven't been to beautiful Pfeiffer Hall, it's time to put it on your list of places to visit.  This is a piece of history, built before the Great Depression and a drawing attraction for the arts without having to take the drive into the Chicago.

By Jacqueline Beardsley The Importance of Disclosing! Simply put, the purpose of the report is to provide buyers with information about material defects in the property. An example of a material defect would be water damage that was caused by a leak.  That is what this true Case Study is about.  I read about this Case Study in the  Illinois REALTORS® legal hot topics.
