Fermilab in Batavia Illinois

Fermilab

On December 16th, 1966, Weston Illinois was announced as winner of the national competition of states that would be location of the National Accelerator Laboratory.

Many of the farmhouses were preserved.  I remember taking the photo above on a beautiful Fall Day with my husband.  This spring you can come out and see the baby buffalo.  Fermilab isn't just a place for scientists and high-energy physics research.  Cultural events, lectures, tours, folk and barn dancing, bike riding is just a few of the reasons to pay a visit to this remarkable site.

The site is located in Batavia Illinois.

An offer is accepted and once all of the parties have agreed to the price and terms and have signed and dated the contract it now has become a fully executed contract.
