Living in Warrenville Illinois

Beautiful Warrenville Illinois

I feel this town is one to be admired in DuPage County.  I moved to Warrenville in 1991 when my kids were very young.  They loved growing up in this quaint community and I was happy to share these photos with you.

Warrenville continues to change and yet still manages to keep the small town feel that draws so many families here.  Wheaton and Naperville are just a short distance away and now Hubble Middle School resides right here in the heart of town.  My daughter was bussed into Wheaton when she attended Hubble.

The MLS shows the lowest priced single-family home in Warrenville to be listed at $78,900!  The most expensive is $1,600,000 and offers 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths.

I'm happy to have spent ten years is this fantastic community.  To find out more go to WARRENVILLE ILLINOIS

Not all agents are alike.  Some may believe strongly that it is going to be beneficial to stage your home and will show you the stats to back it up.  The stats are true BUT it can be misleading and the stats used may be irrelevant to your situation. Every home and the sellers situation are unique.  Staging DOES help but that doesn't mean you will have to hire a professional stager and pay thousands of dollars. If we are in a buyers market you will want to lead the market and not be chasing after it, that is how you will lose money.  Mo...
