Willowbrook Wildlife Center

Too young to fly!

My daughter spotted this baby bird in our front yard.  It had fallen from the tree and had NO way to get back up.  The tree is over four stories high, so his best hope was to be rescued.  I left him for a while to see what would happen.  He seemed able to flap his wings and hop around so I thought maybe he'd fly away.  When that didn't happen, I got on the Internet and found a place called, WILLOWBROOK WILDLIFE CENTER located in Glen Ellyn

The first thing we want to do is feed helpless animals but that is the worst thing for them.  I followed their after-hours instructions and brought him to the center first thing in the morning.    They were SO professional and extremely helpful.  He was dehydrated so will stay for a short time before being released into the wild.

If you are able to donate to this incredible rescue center, it is money well spent.  Go in and visit them as this is an area open to the public.

Good luck little guy!

By Jacqueline Beardsley The Importance of Disclosing! Violation of Real Property Disclosure- What is the Real Property Disclosure Report and what happens if information given on that report may not be truthful? Simply put, the purpose of the report is to provide buyers with information about material defects in the property. An example of a material defect would be water damage that was caused by a leak.  That is what this true Case Study is about.  I read about this Case Study in the  Illinois REALTORS® legal hot topics.
