Historic Homes of Naperville

Old World Charm

There's nothing like them as far as I'm concerned.  I grew up in a historic home but in 1962 Naperville didn't have its HISTORIC DISTRICT.  It seemed most of the kids I grew up with lived in one of these rare treasures.  The home pictured above was an apartment back then and is where our fourth-grade teacher lived (on the second floor).  It was very common to have these homes converted into apartments.

Right now, the lowest priced historic home listed in Naperville on the MLS is going for $200,000 but that is being sold for the land only.

The most expensive is listed at $1,150,000.

If you love to view old homes from around the country, you should definitely check out HISTORICHOMES.COM and if Naperville is your choice contact me to view these one-of-a-kind treasures!
