Springtime at Cantigny in Wheaton Il

Last Sunday my husband and I had the pleasure of taking in our much anticipated Spring season at the gorgeous Cantigny park located on Winfield Road in Wheaton Il.  I took many pictures but only chose a few to put on my flickr account because I simply could not get enough photo's of the flowers and feel I've overdone it.  The gardens in this park are beautiful all year round.

This is a 500 acre park that once belonged to Robert R. McCormick, the Editor and Publisher of the Chicago Tribune.  His story is interesting and while there you may watch a short film of his life and tour his spectacular home that he generously has donated as a museum.

You may also picnic, have events (there was a wedding going on when we were visited on Sunday), tour the grounds, home, museums, dine and attend the special events they offer all year round.  To come into this park you will only pay $5.00 per vehicle which is a fantastic price for an event filled day.  To get directions or learn more visit their website at Visit Cantigny and be sure to include this in your 'must visit' places of the summer.

By Jacqueline Beardsley The Importance of Disclosing! Violation of Real Property Disclosure- What is the Real Property Disclosure Report and what happens if information given on that report may not be truthful? Simply put, the purpose of the report is to provide buyers with information about material defects in the property. An example of a material defect would be water damage that was caused by a leak.  That is what this true Case Study is about.  I read about this Case Study in the  Illinois REALTORS® legal hot topics.
