SHOULD I STAY OR SHOULD I GO NOW?

SELLERS WANT TO KNOW, SHOULD I STAY OR SHOULD I GO?

It is understandable that a seller will want the best possible price for their home.  Right now some sellers are confused as to what the market conditions are doing.  If you want to know if you will get more or less for your home if you sell next year the answer most likely is, less.

When you look at Corelogic's home price index for January, you can see prices declining.

The various factors such as, reduction of government incentives for home buyers, economy, shadow inventory contribute to what some call, a 'double dip'.

HERE'S THE BOTTOM LINE

If you are thinking of selling your home within the next year or two, now may be 'as good as it gets' when needing that top dollar from your sale.  Always check with your real estate professional to see the market conditions for your area.
