FIVE MOST EXPENSIVE HOMES SOLD IN DUPAGE COUNTY IN 2010





The luxury market in DuPage County has done better in 2010 than in 2009. Not only did the total volume increase compared to 2009 but the average market time lessened.


Hinsdale had the three out of the five highest priced home sold in 2010.

In 2009 there were 142 detached homes sold for over $1,000,000.00.  The average market time was 340 days.  Total volume was $235,948,000.00

In 2010 there were 150 detached homes sold for over $1,000,000.00.  The average market time was 322 days.  Total volume was $239,564,035.00.


Below is a list of the five most expensive detached homes sold in DuPage County in 2010.
